The Hearth — Music, Fire, and the Long Way Home
Most nights there’s a fire going and someone with an instrument in the corner. It isn’t scheduled and it isn’t a show — it’s just what happens when the right people end up at the same bar on Valentia.
“The clock disappears about ten minutes after the first tune.”
Stephen and Aisling have kept the room exactly the way it should be: low ceilings, a real hearth, pints poured slow, and the kind of session that doesn’t notice the clock. Séamus Begley played here. So have plenty of others whose names didn’t make the poster.
